Cathy and CLJ Consulting
CLJ Consulting represents a 30 year multi-faceted professional journey in public, private and non-profit sectors. Cathy has worked with a variety of national and global clients, receiving awards and outstanding commendations for communication, events, client relations, technical knowledge, team building and smooth project executions. Prior to operating her own consulting business, Cathy held Senior Management positions including Executive Team Member leading the amalgamation of several Canadian utilities and HR Global Communications Manager at Magna International. In the public sector she led a strategic portfolio comprised of five distinct operating groups; Communications, Revenue Generation, Marketing, Special Events and Community Partnerships. She is also a Principal in AWL Energy Group, leading energy, water and sustainability initiatives for clients.
Cathy is a strong communicator, strategic thinker and passionate about client and customer relations. She is recognized by clients, peers and project stakeholders for her leadership, creativity, attention to detail and a collaborative and team focused approach.
